CANCELLATION POLICY

Wanderlust Salon requires a credit card to reserve your appointment. We understand that busy schedules and different circumstances cannot be avoided, so we are happy to cancel or reschedule your appointment with 48 hours’ notice. If any cancellation is not made with more than 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of the service booked. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are considered a no-show and will be charged the full amount of services booked. Missed appointments are subject to charge in the full amount. Rescheduling three times will require a fee subject to charge in the full amount of services booked. A 15-minute grace period will be permitted for unforeseen delays. If you arrive later than 15 minutes, we reserve the right to reschedule partial or complete services.
